Jason has been practicing in Lancaster County since 2005 when he relocated here from Philadelphia with his wife, Melissa. Jason has been practicing for almost 23 years, mostly in Outpatient Sports and Orthopedics. He treats all aspects of orthopedic care and enjoys working with shoulders, knees, throwing athletes and cyclists. Chris Martin, PT, SCS, ATC, received his B.A. in Sports Medicine from Messiah College and earned his Master’s in Physical Therapy from Rutgers University. He earned his Board Certification in Sports Physical Therapy through the American Physical Therapy Association in 2004. Chris is the only Physical Therapist with this certification in South Central PA. He is one of five-hundred Physical Therapists with this specialization in the country as well as one of two-hundred with an additional license in Athletic Training. Chris is also a Clinical Instructor with the Sports Medicine program at Messiah College and works closely with Prestige Gymnastics of Lancaster. He has extensive experience in rehabilitating athletes of all backgrounds and ages. He also performs custom orthotic fabrication for foot, knee and hip pathologies.Dale R. EdgellDPTDale R. Edgell

Dale earned his Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Miami (FL) in 1992, a year after receiving his Bachelor of Health Science degree from the University. He then went on to obtain his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Temple University in 2004. Prior to working in an orthopedic practice, Dale worked at Lancaster General Hospital as the coordinator of Orthopedic/Outpatient Services. He also worked as a physical therapist in a Lancaster private practice. Dale joined Orthopedic Consultants in 1997, which became part of Lancaster Orthopedic Group in 2011. A member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association and the Sports Medicine Section of the APTA., he enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic and sports related injuries. Lorraine is a graduate of Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA, where she received both her Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physical Therapy degrees. Since graduating from PT school, she has gained a significant amount of experience working in various outpatient rehabilitation facilities in Central PA. Lorraine has a special interest in general orthopedics with a focus on manual techniques especially in the shoulder joint. Brett Garman, DPT, received his B.A. in Exercise Science from Messiah College and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in Glenside, PA. Immediately after graduating from Arcadia in 2002, he worked for Lancaster General Hospital in the acute care setting. Brett has been a physical therapist with LOG since 2005. His interests are in shoulder, knee, and sports injury rehabilitation.
A member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association and the Sports Medicine Section of the APTA, Dale has twenty years of experience in the physical therapy field, primarily in orthopedics. He enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic and sports related injuries and has special interest in foot biomechanics, running mechanics and custom orthotic fabrication.
Brett manages the physical therapy clinic at our Mount Joy office.

Anna, a native of Poland, graduated from the Academy of Physical Education in Poznan, Poland in 1992 with a Masters degree in Physical Rehabilitation. She has sixteen years of clinical experience in the United States with an emphasis in outpatient rehabilitation, onsite occupational clinics, injured worker rehabilitation and functional capacity testing.
Anna treats patients at our Granite Run clinic.

Amber is a graduate of College Misericordia (Dallas, PA) where she received a Bachelor of Health Science Degree with a minor in psychology as well as a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy. She received a certificate of Hand and Upper Quarter Rehabilitation from Drexel University and attained her additional credentials as a Certified Hand Therapist in December of 2009.
As an occupational therapist, Amber has specialized in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation since 2004. She is also skilled in splinting the hand and upper extremity with thermoplastic materials and serial casting.

Shelly received a Bachelor’s degree from Elizabethtown College, and a post-professional doctorate from Chatham University, majoring in Occupational Therapy (OT). She received her certification as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) in 2003.
Shelly has an interest in education and research, has taught in local graduate OT programs, and continues to provide guest lectures, sharing knowledge of splinting and hand and wrist conditions commonly seen in clinical settings and foundational content. She has presented research at national conferences on interprofessional practice and education, clinician and academic roles, and written chapters in a hand and upper extremity review book. She is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), and the Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy Association
