Dale earned his Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Miami (FL) in 1992, a year after receiving his Bachelor of Health Science degree from the University. He then went on to obtain his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Temple University in 2004.
Prior to working in an orthopedic practice, Dale worked at Lancaster General Hospital as the coordinator of Orthopedic/Outpatient Services. He also worked as a physical therapist in a Lancaster private practice. Dale joined Orthopedic Consultants in 1997, which became part of Lancaster Orthopedic Group in 2011.
A member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association and the Sports Medicine Section of the APTA., he enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic and sports related injuries.
Dale manages the Ephrata clinic located inside the WellSpan ECH Health Pavilion.
