GSFIT – Garden Spot Families in Training

Come out and join the community in this free event that shows the importance of health and what we can do to be healthier!
There will be speakers on nutrition and other health topics.
Booths are also available for information along with exercise classes including Zumba, Body Pump and Yoga. The event is sponsored by the Coordinated School Health Council of the ELANCO School District.
Dr. Gregg Fasulo, MD of Lancaster Orthopedic Group will be giving a presentation from 6:15-6:45pm on General Considerations and Sports Injuries in Children.
