COVID-19 Policies & Information
June 20th, 2022: Masks are now optional at all LOG locations.
- Patients may request that all staff and providers they come in contact with wear a mask.
- Masks are recommended for those at risk (unvaccinated and/or immunocompromised).
- Please continue to alert us if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or are under quarantine, so that we can reschedule your appointment.
Cortisone: No cortisone two weeks prior to the COVID vaccination, or one week after.
This applies to the one dose, or either dose of the two dose vaccine.
